Chronological Recap
Day 9: The Obelisk
- DAY: I began the day with my Solar Taser recharged. I moved to a new tile and rolled a 3, determining the terrain was Mountains. My event roll triggered a Ruins event, specifically the "An Alora Obelisk".
- Event Outcome: Interacting with the obelisk fully restored my stats to HP=20 and EP=20.
- DUSK & DARK: I ate a Fruit and slept, which had no mechanical effect on my maxed-out stats but successfully prevented me from gaining Starvation or Sleep Deprivation levels.
Day 10: The Second Village
- DAY: I moved to a new tile and rolled a 2 for Forest terrain. My event roll resulted in the discovery of Village #2.
- Village Activities: I accepted Quest #2, "The Old Greenhouse," and marked its location on my map. I also purchased one Fruit for 1 Bit, leaving me with 4 Bits.
- DUSK & DARK: I ate the fruit I just bought and slept in the village, maintaining my max stats.
Day 11: The Greenhouse
- DAY: I moved directly to the quest tile from Day 10, an old tile in the Forest.
- Quest Completion: During Step J, I experienced the quest event. I found one Engineered Plant. I then returned to Village #2, where the quest-giver let me keep the plant and gave me 5 Bits for my trouble. My bit total is now 9.
- DUSK & DARK: I ate and slept, remaining at max stats.
Day 12: The Armory Ambush
- DAY: I moved to a new tile and rolled a 4, discovering Grasslands terrain. An event roll of 11 triggered an Encounter, which was "The Armory".
- Loot: I found 1 Meal Bar, 2 Bits (total now 11), and 1 Survival Book.
- Combat: I was ambushed by a Seeker K-9.
- The robot's first attack dealt 0 damage.
- On my turn, I spent 2 EP to use the TS-5 Sprint Tech skill, lowering the enemy's ESC value. I then successfully rolled to escape.
- DARK: The successful escape forced me to skip eating and sleeping and go directly to the Condition Check. I gained one level each of Starvation and Sleep Deprivation, incurring stat penalties.
